Proctor Hospital Activities in October

October Seniors on the Go – The Hult Health Education Center & Proctor Hospital presents “Seniors on the Go” on October 20 at the Hult Center for Health Education. The educational program is free to seniors. It includes a morning and afternoon educational session. The morning program begins at 10:30 and the afternoon program begins at 12:30. Lunch is provided from 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. For info and to register call (309) 692-6650.

Coffee Connections Wellness Workshop – Come say hi, grab a coffee or snack and enjoy our wellness workshops. The Counseling Center at Proctor Hospital is pleased to introduce a new wellness workshop series called Coffee Connections.

The first in this series will be held October 21 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. and is titled: “Music: A Tool for Good Health.” Featured presenter is Kristiana Miner, MT-BC. The program will be held in Proctor Professional Building Classrooms 1 and 2 on the campus of Proctor Hospital.

Proctor Hospital Sponsors Free Medicare Help Desk – Answering all your Medicare Questions – Proctor Hospital, in association with BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois’ Services  offers a free Medicare Help Desk the 4th Wednesday each month, from 9:00-11:00 a.m. The next scheduled Medicare Help desk will be October 26.
