The Center Bluff Neighborhood Association will hold its election of officers for 2016 on Dec. 14, when balloting will be followed by a holiday potluck for members featuring entertainment and a drawing for door prizes donated by community merchants, according to president Sharon Draper. Also, the association won’t meet in January or February, resuming its regular meeting schedule in March.
