Jay Goldberg Events & Entertainment presents Peoria’s inaugural “Roctobeerfest” on Saturday, October 10th at Riverfront Village Upper Deck. With over 50 breweries and 120 craft beers, “Roctobeerfest” is expected to be an undeniable mix of fun, music and great beer.
“Roctobeerfest” 2009 is a true craft beer tasting event featuring an incredible variety of beers from some of the finest craft brewers in the world. Come experience the flavors of award winning international breweries and local specialties, too! The festival’s activities include demonstrations and informative talks led by industry leaders, and an array of food and non-alcoholic beverage vendors. While sampling, enjoy live music from Sextion 8 and entertainment from 95.5 WGLO, 97.3 River Country, 105.7 The X-Rocks and Power 92.3.
A free official sampling glass will be offered to the first five hundred people to arrive through the gates. Entrance to the event is $6.00 – ticket go on sale tomorrow, Wednesday, September 30th at the Riverfront Visitors Center. Buy your tickets in advance and have access to the “Express Lane” entrance! *Must be 21 to drink – valid form of ID will be required to enter premises.*
