State Representative Jehan Gordon (D-Peoria) gave Martha Herm, the director for the Center for the Prevention of Abuse, over 30 cell phones today. These phones will be given to at risk women for emergency 9-1-1 use. Often cell phones like the ones donated can help save the lives of domestic violence women.
