State Representative Jehan Gordon (D-Peoria) will host community members and local organizations for a breakfast and panel discussion on managing painon Wednesday, July 21 at 9:30 a.m.
A panel of health experts will discuss the warning signs, medical treatments, physical therapies and most effective strategies for managing pain caused by various conditions including arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis and other ailments. In addition, the panelists will answer questions and a physical therapist will offer fitness tips and lead attendees in an exercise demonstration.
