Work in the following mediums will be on display: oil painting, watercolor, pastels, pen and ink, colored pencil, charcoal, mixed media, and photography. The exhibit will feature pieces depicting a Central Illinois theme, including landmarks, nature, water and landscapes, events, or people. The exhibit is free and open to the public. 497-2120 FREE

FREE classic film with a moderated discussion following the screening.
Yankee Doodle Dandy (1942): James Cagney, Joan Leslie, and Walter Huston star in this musical about the life of George M. Cohan, who is considered to be the father of American musical comedy. The film features the title song “You’re a Grand Old Flag” and “Over There.” Cagney won the Academy Award for his portrayal of Cohan in this film.
