Methodist Medical Center will be having equipment delivered to proceed with the upgrade to the organization. This equipment will be placed in the Southwest Addition by the main entrance. This will cause us to close down both West and East bound lanes of Glen Oak Street between Hamilton Blvd. and Fayette Street on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 6:30 a.m. and re-open at around 6:00 p.m.
Emergency vehicles responding will not be able to access Glen Oak Street from either direction. Emergency crews will have to use alternate means to reach the main entrance, Emergency Department, or reach OSF / St. Francis.
Barricades will be placed at Glen Oak Street and Fayette and Glen Oak and Hamilton Blvd. indicating road closed ahead.
