Features individualized instruction in the 100m dash, 200m dash, hurdle technique, and block starts. Instruction will focus on both theory & application of the fundamentals involved in successfully competing in these events.

Where: Notre Dame High School Track, 5105 North Sheridan Road
Time: 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. daily
Cost: $100 per camper or $80 per for family with 2 or more campers
