Visit the Peoria Public Library Bookmobile at the Heart of Illinois Fair from Friday, July 13 to Saturday, July 21 when the Bookmobile will be parked near the Expo Building daily. On weekdays, look for it from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m and on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Visitors to Peoria’s own mobile library will enjoy free wifi, public computers, and air conditioning. They will be able to look or check out magazines, books and movies for all ages. Those without a library card may apply with a photo ID that the correct address. Visitors will get a goodie bag filled with library fun and can enter the Meet Me At the Fair contest. By guessing the correct number of pieces of salt water taffy are in the jar, adults could win a Kindle while two gift cards will be offered to children.
