Join us for a time of learning simple and fun tricks to calm your mind and insert serenity amidst chaos.
The workshop will take place Friday, August 17, 2012, from 10:00-11:00 a.m. with Wisnu Meier, MA, NCC, LCPC, presenting. The workshop will be held in the Proctor Professional Building Classroom 1 on the campus of Proctor Hospital.
