Members of the Illinois Art League will display their exhibit “Cascades of Color,” from Tuesday, September 4 until Thursday, September 27 at Peoria Public Library Main Library Gallery. The exhibit is free and open to the public from Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
An opening reception will be held on Saturday, September 15 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and a Gallery Walk and Talk will be held on Wednesday, September 12 at 2:00 p.m. Both events are also free. The Illinois Art League formed in 1960 in Peoria and is currently comprised of 105 active members from Central Illinois. Their work reflects a variety of mediums and their art has been exhibited in many local and regional galleries and studios.
