On Saturday, July 31st, the Kingston Mines community will be hosting their 2nd Annual Support Our Troops Fundraiser. Many surrounding towns help make this possible. The event will be held in the Kingston Mines Park and will start at noon. Many activities are planned throughout the day. The “Ride for Our Troops” will be at the Duck Blind @ Kingston Mines. Sign up is at 10:00 a.m. The ride starts at noon.

There will also be an Iraq/Afghanistan memorial Wall of Honor as well as the Military Order of the Purple Heart Honoring America’s Heroes. Also look for Colonel Klink’s Inflatable and Carnival Games.

There will be live entertainment throughout the day as well as food, a Beer Tent and Raffles. The Auction starts at 5:00 p.m. Donations for the auction are now being accepted. For pick up call 264-3816. Support Our Troops T-Shirts are now on sale for $13.00 each.
Proceeds to be distributed to military organizations that support our Military men and women who have served our country.
