The Peoria Park District has announced there will be four different Spring Break Camps available to area children. Camps will run April 4th – 8th.
Proctor Spring Break Basketball Camp – Proctor Recreation Center offers a Spring Break Basketball Camp to girls and boys ages 8-14 who want to improve their basketball skills and have fun during Easter Break. The camp runs Monday through Friday, April 4-8 from 9:00 a.m. – noon. Cost is $30 per resident player/$45 per non-resident player. Pre-registration is required; use registration code 46431. Logan Spring Break Camp – Logan’s Spring Break Camp at the Peoria Park District is famous for being a fun, action packed, unforgettable week. Kids ages 6 to 12 will bond with others as they play games, team-building exercises, arts & craft projects, field trips and more! The camp runs April 4 – 8. RiverPlex Spring Break Camp – Have a blast during your spring break from school at the RiverPlex Spring Break Camp. Extended hours allow parents to drop off as early as 7:00 a.m. and pick up by 5:30 p.m. This camp is for children ages 5 to 12. You may sign up for individual days or for all 5 days at a discount. Pack a lunch; a snack & drink is provided in afternoon. Don’t forget a swimsuit & towel. Register at the RiverPlex, 600 NE Water Street, between 8:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Franciscan Recreation Center Chinese Discover Spring Break Camp – Children ages 5-10 will love this 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. day camp at FRC from April 4-8. They’ll receive a Chinese name and learn about the country’s rich history and diverse cultural traditions. Sign up today at the Glen Oak Pavilion. Use registration code 46521 when registering.
