Learn the fundamentals of boxing from a USA licensed boxing professional at Proctor Recreation Center with our new Boxing Techniques classes for youth ages 10 – 18. Classes will teach endurance, cardio, power and strength. Workouts include the heavy bag, the speed bag, floor exercises and skipping rope. All workouts are designed specifically for each individual. A chance to compete in competitions is also a possibility.
Session one will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, October 2 through November 8 from 5:30-7:00 pm and Session Two will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, November 13 through December 12, 5:30-7:00 p.m.
