Jim Maloof/Realtor has announced a new management plan for the company with a tripartite organizational structure, including an Executive Vice President of Residential Sales, Vice President of Commercial Sales, Corporate Liaison, and Vice President of Finance & Accounting.

Taking on those roles will be Carol Urish as Executive VP of Residential Sales, J.R. Koch as VP of Commercial Sales & Corporate Liaison and Sherri Ernst as VP of Finance & Accounting. Along with the three vice presidents, a Corporate Advisory Board has been created as well, consisting of Urish, Koch, Ernst, John Leezer, Mark Monge, Julie Russell and Kelly Rupp. The Vice Presidents and Corporate Advisory Board report directly to Michael Maloof, president.

Jim Maloof/Realtor has been in the business of helping people make their dreams come true since 1969 when it was founded by Jim Maloof. Today, it is the largest independent real estate company consisting of 15 branches in six counties and over 200 agents and support staff.
