alonetogether Grief Support Group – Mondays from 4:30-6:00 p.m. – alonetogether is a grief support group, open to the community, that meets Mondays from 4:30-6:00 p.m. in Group Room 4 of the Counseling Center at Proctor Hospital. Illinois Valley Striders – Summer Running Series – Opening Day – Monday, May 6
Weekly on Monday evenings, May 6 – June 24 – Proctor Hospital’s Fitness Trail – The IVS kids’ series offers area children a fun, noncompetitive introduction to the sport of running. Registration begins at 5:30 with running at 6:00. Fee is $2 weekly per runner or $5 for families of three or more. All kids ages 12 and under are eligible to participate with no minimum age requirement. Little ones welcome! Questions? Contact Judy at jtolliver2@comcast.net

Seniors on the Go – “Living a Brain Healthy Lifestyle” – Thursday, May 9 from 10:30-11:45 a.m., Lunch provided. Hult Center for Healthy Living – A holistic and brain healthy approach to reducing the risk of cognitive decline and living well will be discussed. Reservations Required – call 692-6650
