Bradley University student’s iRepresent Campaign Reaches Out to District 150 Students

 The iRepresent Campaign is promoting the importance of the vote through educating local Peoria high school students at Manual High School and Peoria High School. Through educating the students of the importance of the vote, we hope that the students will know that their vote does count. It will also be educating the students on voting procedures such as registering to vote and absentee voting. It will also inform the students on where to get the proper and correct information on elections, voting, the issues, and the parties.  

In conjunction with iRepair of East Peoria, IL, the iRepresent campaign will be hosting a meet and greet open house on October 23, 2008 at Manual High School from 6 PM to 9 PM for all Peoria area community to attend. The event will feature guest speakers of local and state political opinion leaders such as Jehan Gordon, Colleen Callahan, Bill Spears, Joan Krupa, Barbara Van Auken and Sheldon Schafer 

iRepair is a local iPod repair and refurbish company started by Bradley University students two years ago.  The company started as iPod Repair Squad and it was the winner of the Project Springboard business plan competition at Bradley University.  For more information please go to, http://www.irepresentthevote.com
