Area volunteers will deliver gift bags for Christmas to area seniors at their homes on December 6th from 11:45 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Over 900 area seniors will receive these holiday gifts. UFS donated that gifts that are wrapped by volunteers and disbursed to area seniors. These seniors have been referred to Neighborhood House by area case managers and senior housing managers.

Neighborhood House still needs volunteers to wrap the more than 8,000 gifts that will be disbursed. Seven to ten presents will be wrapped for each area senior to receive the gifts. So, mark your calendars to wrap those presents on December 1st from 10:00 a.m. – noon at the Neighborhood House at 1020 S. Matthew St.
