The American Red Cross Central Illinois Chapter will present its annual Heartland Heroes dinner on Saturday, May 15th at Embassy Suites Conference Center in East Peoria. The general reception will start at 6:00 p.m. and dinner at 7:00 p.m. Each year the Red Cross recognizes unsung local heroes whose commitment and courage makes a difference.
