Oct. 20 + 21 Event Focuses on Helping Businesses Navigate Change
Change is happening everyday; changes that reflect today’s unstable economy. Business owners and employees are facing catastrophic job loss, foreclosure and loss of retirement savings and revenue. AAIM Employers’ Association is providing the tools that managers, business owners and employees need for navigating change through its Strategic Directions Conference & Vendor Exhibition Oct. 20 in Peoria, IL and Oct. 21 in St. Louis, MO.
In addition to the vendor exhibition and informative breakout sessions, this year’s conference will feature a lunch and presentation from New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestselling author Dan Heath. Heath co-authored “Switch: How to Change Things When Change is Hard” with his brother Chip Heath. The brothers also authored bestselling “Made to Stick,” which was named the Best Business Book of the Year and spent 24 months on the BusinessWeek bestseller list.
