Proctor Hospital and the INCCRRA are pleased to announce that Vickie Crosson of the Child Care Center at Proctor Hospital has received the Gateways to Opportunity credential from the Illinois Network of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (INCCRRA).

The credential is awarded based on education level, knowledge, skills and experiences of practitioners and administrators in the early care and education profession.

The West Peoria resident has been employed by Proctor Hospital since 2002.
