Bloomington couple to lead fundraising efforts
The Children’s Hospital of Illinois Foundation is pleased to announce that Dave and Karen Magers have been named honorary chairs for the annual Children’s Miracle Network Telethon.
Dave Magers is the Chief Financial Officer of COUNTRY Financial. Dave is a leader throughout McLean County and takes community service to heart. Among his numerous activities away from work, Dave chairs the Children’s Hospital of Illinois McLean County Milestone Capital Campaign and serves on the OSF Saint Francis Medical Center Community Advisory Board.
Karen Magers is the Director of the Bloomington Eye Institute and has been a member of the Children’s Hospital Community Advisory Board since 2006.
In addition to appearing on the Telethon, the Magers’ will support the fundraising efforts which benefit Children’s Hospital of Illinois.
