A lecture titled “Will the Last Reporter Turn Out the Light?” will be delivered by Dr. Robert McChesney, Gutgsell Endowed Professor in the Department of Communication at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, on Tuesday at Bradley University.

Dr. McChesney, author of The Death and Life of American Journalism, will speak at 8 p.m. in the Horowitz Auditorium in the Caterpillar Global Communications Center. Prior to the lecture, his book will be offered for sale and can be autographed by the author.

A public reception for Dr. McChesney will follow the lecture in the foyer of the Caterpillar Global Communications Center. The lecture is free and open to the public.
