Peoria, IL (November 8, 2012) The Proctor Health Care Foundation will host a financial wellness seminar on Thursday, November 29, from 4:30-6:00 p.m. in Classroom I of the Proctor Professional Building (adjacent to hospital) at 5409 N. Knoxville Avenue.

Attorneys David L. Wentworth II and David B. Wiest of Hasselberg, Williams, Grebe, Snodgrass & Birdsall, will present “Now What?! Post-Election Tax and Estate Issues and the 12-31-2012 Fiscal Cliff: Where We’ve Been and Where We Might Be Going with Income and Estate Taxation.” Key topics of discussion include an income tax, estate tax and gift tax primer, year-end planning opportunities under existing law, how taxable gifts work and how you can make them, primer on taxation of retirement benefits, and what lies ahead.
