The public is invited to join The Peoria County Democratic Women for a candidate forum for all Peoria City Council candidates, beginning at noon on Saturday, Feb. 2 at Childers Catering Center, 3113 Dries Lane, Peoria.

All candidates have been invited, including those in the Feb. 26 primary election and the April 9 general election. Most have accepted and are expected to attend.

This is an opportunity to hear and speak with the candidates in an informal setting.

The event is free. A $12 buffet-style lunch also will be served but reservations are required by calling Lynn Pearson, at 309/673-3853.
