The retreat, which lasted over a four-day period, included classes on improving the home selling or buying experience for customers, improving communications and systems, and helping buyers and sellers achieve the best outcomes possible, just to name a few.

Ninja Selling is a client-friendly selling system based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to customers and then helping them achieve their goals, whether it be buying or selling a home. It’s called Ninja Selling because it is based on finding the win-win for everyone involved to make the buying and/or selling process a good experience, while achieving the best results.

“The Ninja Selling system is a great way to help our family of realtors focus on activities that help buyers and sellers, and build strong relationships in the process,” said President Michael Maloof. “In the end, the results are satisfied and well-served customers and a harmony between work and home life.”

The symbol used for Ninja Selling is the Japanese symbol for “Ki,” or the universal energy (spirit) that connects all things.
