Red Cross Opens Shelter in Havana for Residents needing to Evacuate

Due to the flooding in Havana, residents have been forced to evacuate their homes. The American Red Cross is mobilizing resources to open a shelter at 2:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 101 S. Charlotte, Havana, IL.
