PEKIN, IL — The Jim Maloof/Realtor® Pekin Office raised more than $1,000 for Relay for Life during an Italian Pasta feast at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Pekin.

The event, which was held Jan. 24, included dinner, desserts and a drawing for various wines and other Italian foods. It was the first event of the 2014 year for the Jim Maloof/Realtor team, which has called itself “Maloofing For a Cure,” since forming five years ago. The team hosts three or four events each year to raise funds for Relay for Life.

Maloofing For a Cure will participate in the Relay for Life main event, scheduled for June 27, 2014 at Mineral Springs Park in Pekin.
