Description: There are many products on the market that promise to help lower utility bills including new windows, insulation upgrades, replacement furnaces or air conditioners, installing radiant barriers, caulking gaps and cracks, and so on. Many of them promise unrealistic savings. We will take a look at potential improvements on a home to help determine what will REALLY make a difference on lowering gas and electricity bills. We will also look at incentives and rebates that may be available to help pay for certain upgrades to homes.
