Peoria, IL – dma | property, llc, the property management firm for the Shoppes at Grand Prairie in Peoria and Shoppes at College Hills in Normal, recently welcomed Greg Slowiak as the new General Manager.

Mr. Slowiak, who most recently was the General Manager for the Marshall Town Center in Marshalltown, Iowa, recently started his position as General Manager for Shoppes at Grand Prairie in Peoria and Shoppes at College Hills in Normal.

dma | property, LLC. “His 20 years of retail experience and comprehensive shopping center management skills are well suited for our future needs for the growth and profitability of these elite shopping centers.”

Prior to joining dma | property, llc, Mr. Slowiak managed the day-to-day operations for a 346,000 sq. ft. shopping center, including marketing, local leasing and property maintenance, along with budgeting and capital planning. His career also includes over twenty years in management at JCPenney Co.

Mr. Slowiak has a Degree in Marketing from Chippewa Valley Technical College and over twenty-five years of management and marketing experience. He is a Midwestern native and plans to reside with his family in the Peoria area.
