“Celebrate Life” was started by Marsha Robin Buss to help the citizens of Peoria. She’s hoping to get some grants to help her in this endeavor. She wants to be able to provide access to computer classes and counseling. She sees a need to be able to give Christmas and Birthday presents to area teens in need.
