The Peoria World Affairs Council presents “Is the Arab Spring Turning to Winter?: Democracy Movements, Islamist Movements, and an Uncertain Future,” featuring sessions and addresses by area professors and national dignitaries.

The conference runs from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
