(Peoria, IL / July 17, 2013) – OSF Saint Francis Medical Center has named Shelley Nguyen Executive Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development.

She will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and Organizational Development which includes Volunteer Services and the Learning Academy. Nguyen succeeds Lynn Gillespie who retired as Vice President of Human Resources in June.

The Tremont resident began her career with OSF Saint Francis in 2003 as a Human Resources Representative before being promoted to Director of Employment and Retention in 2004.
