The Peoria Police Department Target Offender Unit has arrested Allen S. Fitzpatrick, D.O.B. 09-09-79, who was one of two remaining fugitives in the recent federal indictments. Fitzpatrick was located in the 600 blk of E. Kansas Street.

Fitzpatrick was sent to the Peoria Co. Jail on federal drug conspiracy charges, and Peoria Co. warrants for unlawful possession of a controlled substance (bond $150,000) and D.U.I. (bond $10,000).
