Due to the snow storm last Saturday, February 1, the Peoria Zoo has rescheduled their Chinese New Year event celebrating the “Year of the Horse” to Saturday, February 8 from 9:00 to 11:00 am. Participants will have a light breakfast as we learn more about these amazing creatures, create horse related projects and even meet a horse (and zebra) up close!

Cost to participate is $7.50 per person and is open to 20 participants. Pre-registration is required by calling 309-686-3559.
