Illinois American Water and its subcontractor, JC Dillon will be installing new water services on West Lake Avenue.  To perform this work, Illinois American Water and JC Dillon will need to close the road at 3021 W. Lake Ave. Traffic will be detoured at North Rockwood Drive and the 4400 block of West Scenic Drive and only open for local traffic starting Monday June 9, 2014, and continuing through Wednesday June 11, 2014.
