South Side Office of Concern awarded Three-Year CARF Accreditation

 
Peoria, IL — August 26, 2014 — CARF International announced that South Side Office of Concern has been accredited for a period of three years for its Case Management/Service Coordination: Mental Health and Supported Living:  Mental Health programs. 
The latest accreditation is the second consecutive Three-Year Accreditation that the international accrediting body, CARF, has awarded to South Side Office of Concern.

This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows the organization’s substantial conformance to the CARF standards. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process. It has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable, and of the highest quality.

South Side Office of Concern is a nonprofit organization located at 202 NE Madison Street in Peoria.  It has been providing services for individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and other special needs since 1982.
