Eligible applicants must live in Peoria County.  Scholarships are meant to assist in obtaining formal or occupational training at an accredited higher education institution in Illinois.

Applicants must meet income guidelines and have demonstrated positive community/school involvement.  Students applying for a scholarship who have completed one year of college or training must have at least a 2.5 grade point average.  All eligible applicants will be interviewed prior to scholarships being awarded.
