Veterans Day Concert – Celebrate Veterans Day with a unique multi-media concert at 7:30 p.m., Friday, November 6 at First Christian Church, 6400 N. University Ave., Peoria, Illinois (www.fccpeoria.org or 309-692-1420). Entitled “From Sea to Shining Sea,” this concert features Dr. Jeannine Jordan, organ, and traces the history of early America using some of America’s most-beloved music. Stunning visuals, a narration, and a live video feed of the organist are provided so that audience can fully understand and appreciate the program.
