Peoria Park District Golf’s 2-Player Scramble Match Play Team Championship begins with qualifying at Newman Golf Course on Saturday, May 22. Teams will compete in tournament bracket format, with final matches taking place on Saturday, August 14, at Newman Golf Course.

Teams must be comprised of two males or two females. Entry fee is $35 per team, plus green fees. Entry deadline is Sunday, May 16. Entry forms are available on-line at
www.peoriaparks.org/golf and at all PPD Golf pro shops.
