The Peoria City/County Health Department announces that the Vital Records Program will be closed to the public for one day only on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 for renovation. The program will resume accepting requests for birth and death certificates on Thursday, December 2. During the one-day closure, the County Clerk’s office at the Peoria County Courthouse will accept requests for birth and death certificates.
