Check Presentation and New Officers Highlights Proctor’s Auxiliary Luncheon

The Proctor Health Care Foundation was the recipient of a $53,331.00 contribution on Thursday, May 14. The check was presented by Proctor Hospital Service Auxiliary President Kathy Abbott, at the group’s annual Spring Luncheon at the Mt. Hawley Country Club, to Laura Schoon, Executive Director of the Hospital’s Foundation and Hospital President and CEO Paul Macek.

“The staff of Proctor Hospital and the Proctor Health Care Foundation is grateful to the ladies of the Service Auxiliary for their generous philanthropic gift. Their dedication and commitment to the Hospital and the patients we serve is truly appreciated,” said Laura Schoon, Executive Director for the Foundation.

The Service Auxiliary makes the annual contribution to the Hospital from their operated services such as the Hospital Gift Shop, Snack Shop and fundraisers held throughout the year.

             During the Luncheon, 2009-2010 officers were introduced, they are: President, Zora Bloom; President-Elect, Carol Gridley; Vice President Pat Denton; Secretary, Loretta Miller; and Treasurer, Jackie Fulton.
