The Penguin Project will host its 8th production January 13 to 15, 2012 with Thoroughly Modern Millie, Jr. at Eastlight Theatre in East Peoria. The show is set in the Roaring 20’s, and includes lots of characters, great costumes, and great musical numbers. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth.
