The document clarifies the standardized practices and activities already in place. Open Air Dining relates to food establishments that offer a transition from inside dining to add in air from the outside through open doors, windows, or walls without screens. Structural requirements, pest control, food safety, and bar area topics are covered in the policy, as well as inspection frequency.
