Peoria County ‘s Care & Treatment Board will conduct free developmental screenings for children birth – three years on September 16, from 9:00am – 4:00pm. Screenings will be at the Care & Treatment Board office located at 2016 N. Knoxville in Peoria . Screenings are sponsored by the Local Interagency Council (LIC).
