Donald Trump’s legal troubles should not be so hard nor drawn out.

As a lay citizen, I do not know why it was fairly simple to lock Matt Hale up for the rest of his life, while Trump continues to incite violence every day.

Jan. 6 should have been enough, as six people died and his mob attacked the Capitol.

I thankfully almost forgot about Hale until the parallels with Trump became more obvious.

It is disturbing to read about Hale’s behavior; it is almost like Trump is channeling him.

Let us hope that Trump will be put away before anyone else dies.
