I believe former officer Chauvin contributed to the death of George Floyd, but I have come to believe he did not get a fair trial. There was quite a lot of bungling by others that could have changed the outcome that day.

Believing that America is a perfect nation because of God’s influence makes everything worse. Any concept of God should begin with love and tolerance towards all His creation. America’s past and present belies any national claim we may make regarding our connection to divinity. Any god who would sanction all of America’s endeavors could not possibly be a righteous god.
