What a great turnout! Reading has been hot, hot, hot at the library this summer! The Summer Reading Olympics kicked off June 12th with 40 local kids participating. That’s almost 200 hours of reading this summer! Amazing! The kids were rewarded with books and coupons donated by local businesses for all of their hard work. A HUGE thank you to all of the participants and families that supported their library this summer by reading. As always, the library is looking for volunteers for fall and winter hours. If you or any of your neighbors are interested, please contact Emily Huff at 453-8139 or inquire at the library. With great hopes the library will grow this fall and we will be accepting donations once again.
