Blue Ribbon Awarded to OSF Sisters Community Healthcare Center – OSF Saint Francis Medical Center & the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria recently announced that Dr. Benito Camacho and OSF Sisters Community Healthcare Center were awarded the Blue Ribbon Care Excellence Award by the Your Healthcare Plus™ program, a Medicaid program that coordinates care for many people with chronic illnesses in Illinois. They received this distinction upon achieving high marks in commonly recognized measures of quality for congestive heart failure and coronary artery disease care.
