U.S. increasingly losing GRASP of religious aspect. Explicit disrespect — like the makeup of MAGA’s Religious Liberty Commission — of “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof …” goes beyond attacks on Muslims and the troubling resurgence of antisemitism.
Stay alert on the data center front. It’s inevitable those places are going to be built and I suppose there is a valid argument to make for them. But it’s important, too, that the public get some say in the matter.

If only government could be run like local Christmas funds. It shouldn’t matter who gave to the fund or who benefited from it, no court actions necessary to make sure the benefits are released. It shouldn’t hinge on anybody’s budget, or get caught in the crossfire of two battling parties.
